About Karen Hodges

Who is Karen? Well, I was born and raised in Amherst County and headed to Richmond shortly after graduating from the University of Virginia. I currently reside in Chesterfield with my beloved two dogs…August and Merle, a sassy cat…fittingly named the same, and my special guy.

I am an avid sports fan with the TV almost always on some sporting event of the season. Anywhere there is water is my favorite spot to be with Myrtle Beach being the dearest to my heart. Of course, I just enjoy the great outdoors in general and the peace it brings. I love to cook with no complaints to date…always trying to perfect my mac and cheese and solve the age-old problem of “what’s for dinner?” But my greatest love is being at home with family wherever that may be!

Prior to jumping full-time into real estate, I had a successful career in the insurance and hospitality industries. Through all professions my focus has consistently been YOU, my VIP client, where I spoil YOU with the best client experience! With my real estate it is not just what I do but who I am, and it has allowed me to focus on my passion for the 50 plus community and their families; providing exceptional service and needed resources delivered through my signature KARE Experience.
